Custom AI, built into what you already run.
The phone agent is the first thing we sell, not the only thing we build. The same integration discipline extends to any AI system that needs to actually hold up inside a real business, not just a demo.
We automate the work people don’t want to be doing. We don’t automate the people, and we’ll train your team to run whatever we leave behind.
Method, not a product catalog.
We’re a new company, and we’d rather tell you how we work than invent case studies we don’t have yet. Here’s what that method produces.
Voice and chat front ends
For tasks beyond your phone line — internal tools, customer-facing chat, or a voice interface for a workflow that's currently a spreadsheet and a phone call.
Integration adapters
The connective layer between an AI system and the software you already run — your calendar, your CRM, your field service or practice management system. We build to what you have; we don't ask you to replace it.
Workflow automation
Scoped to what's actually worth automating. If a problem is better solved with a form and a rule than a model, we'll tell you that too.
Scope, adapt, build, operate.
Scope
We start with the operational problem, not the technology. What's slow, what's manual, what's costing you real time or real money.
Design the adapter
Every integration is built to a domain-neutral contract: the AI layer never touches your systems directly, it goes through an adapter that speaks your software's language. That's what makes the result swappable instead of a one-off.
Build and test
Every write to your system is idempotent, every ambiguous case is surfaced rather than guessed at, and nothing that touches money or a booking goes live without a conformance pass first.
Operate
Same as the phone agent: ongoing review and tuning, a named point of contact, and logs you can actually read.
The integration is the product. That’s also why it’s reversible.
Every system we build sits behind an adapter contract: a consistent interface between the AI and your business systems, so the AI layer never has to know the specifics of your calendar or your CRM, and your systems never have to change to accommodate it. Ask for a caller’s order history and you get the same shape of answer whether it comes from Magento or a field service platform.
The practical effect: the first integration into a new system takes real work, but every one after that is fast, because the contract doesn’t change. And because the AI never talks directly to your database, swapping a provider, adding a system, or turning the whole thing off doesn’t require touching what you already run. Nothing about it can only be undone by us.
Boundaries, not preferences.
These aren’t marketing positioning — they’re written into how we scope engagements.
- Outbound calling or robocalls of any kind — inbound only, always
- Companion or emotional-support bots
- Automating decisions with real financial or legal weight for your customers
- Anything in Illinois
- Taking credit card numbers by voice
Tell us what’s slow, manual, or getting missed.
If it’s phone-shaped, that’s the phone agent. If it’s not, it’s probably still worth a conversation.
