Training · third offer

Your staff should run the AI, not compete with it.

When we install an AI system in a business, the people who were doing that work by hand are still the ones responsible for it. So we train them on it — on-site, on your own call logs, until the system is something your team operates instead of something that happened to them.

Who’s in the room

The people who already answer the phone.

Not a leadership offsite. The training goes to whoever touches the calls, in the office where they take them.

01

Front desk and reception

The people who were answering the phone before we installed anything, and who still answer most of it after. They need to know what the agent already handled so the caller isn't asked the same question twice.

02

Dispatchers and schedulers

Bookings now arrive from two places. We work through how they land, how to spot the ones that need a human callback, and what to do when the agent booked something it shouldn't have.

03

Office managers

The person who owns the phone process. They get the call logs, the summaries, and a direct line to us when a script needs to change.

04

Owners and technicians

Short session, narrow scope: what the agent says about your pricing and your services, and how to get it corrected the same week you notice it's wrong.

What we teach

Your system, not AI in general.

There’s no shortage of people who will explain what AI is. We teach the four things a team needs to work a shift alongside the specific install running on your line.

Working the handoff

What the agent handled, what it escalated, and how to pick up a transferred call mid-context without making the customer start over.

Reading the logs

Call summaries and transcripts in plain terms — what got booked, what needs a callback, and how to recognize the pattern that means a script needs tuning.

Where the AI should stop

The calls it isn't approved to take, how to tell when it's out of its depth, and how to override or switch it off without calling us first.

The work this frees up

Quoting, the difficult customer, the retention call, the upsell that needs a read on the person. Judgment work the agent can't do, and now nobody is too busy to do it.

How a program runs

Observe, workshop, practice, refresh.

01

Observe

We sit a shift with your staff before we write anything. A curriculum built from how your office actually handles a call beats one built from how offices generally do.

02

Workshop

On-site, in your office, a couple of hours — not a week of e-learning modules nobody finishes. We come to the people; the people don't go to a portal.

03

Practice

On your own call logs and in your own systems, with real recordings from your line. Nobody learns a phone process from a slide about a phone process.

04

Refresh

When a script changes, a system changes, or you hire someone, we come back. Training is part of operating the install, not a one-time delivery.

Why we sell this

An unanswered call is lost revenue, not somebody’s job.

The calls our phone agent picks up were going to voicemail. There was no person on the other end of them to displace — that was the whole problem. What the install actually changes for your staff is the volume of work they were never going to get to anyway, and the amount of it that now arrives already written down.

But a team that can’t read the logs, can’t override the agent, and can’t tell you when it’s saying something wrong is worse off than before we showed up, no matter how well the system performs. That’s the failure mode we sell training against. The system should be inspectable by the people it works for, and the fastest way to make it inspectable is to teach them.

What we won’t teach

Boundaries, not preferences.

The first one is the reason this offer exists. We’re not neutral about it.

  • Headcount planning. We will not help you work out who the system makes redundant
  • Certificates that don't mean anything outside the room they were printed in
  • Generic prompt-engineering seminars disconnected from the software you run
  • Training on a system we don't operate — we teach your live setup, not a syllabus
Enhance, don’t replace

Bring us the system. We’ll teach the people who run it.

Training comes with every install we operate. If you already run AI somewhere in your business and your team is guessing at it, that’s worth a conversation too.
